89bt (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 89bt and its users.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account on 89bt. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the account being closed at any time.
Age & Identity
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time for verification purposes.
- Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify 89bt Support immediately.
- 89bt will not be held responsible for any losses to your account caused by third parties.
Opening an account in someone else's name, submitting false information, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Any such account will be permanently closed and its balance forfeited.
3. Bonus & Promotion Terms
89bt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that users are required to follow.
Welcome Bonus
- A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to claim the 100% first deposit bonus.
- A minimum wagering of 15x the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per user.
Reload & Weekly Bonus
- The weekly cashback bonus will be credited every Monday at 10:00 AM.
- 89bt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits on 89bt are easy to make via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The same payment channels are also used for withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made from third-party payment methods will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- 89bt reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
89bt offers Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, and fish games. While each game has its own rules, certain general betting rules apply across all categories.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 89bt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the related bets and winnings will be voided.
- In live betting, some bets may be rejected due to network delays.
- If bets are placed on the same event from multiple accounts, all such bets will be voided.
If arbitrage betting or any form of system abuse is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bt. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or systems.
7. Responsible Gaming
89bt believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is a top priority for us.
- Set a weekly or monthly deposit limit for yourself.
- Use the self-exclusion feature (temporarily closing your account) whenever you need a break.
- Contact Support to activate a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days).

8. Account Cancellation & Suspension
89bt may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
- If the user wishes to close their account voluntarily.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no rule violations have occurred, that amount will be refunded.

- 89bt's internal dispute resolution process must be completed before taking any matter to court.
